Payments

Galaxy Spas Late Payment Fee Policy

Payment Terms

  • Payment Deadline: All invoices issued by Galaxy Spas must be paid within 7 days from the date of order.

Late Payment Fees

  • Initial Late Fee: Any invoice not paid within 7 days will incur a late payment fee of 5% of the total order value.

  • Recurring Fee: An additional 5% late fee will be added every subsequent 7-day period until the invoice is paid in full.

Order Cancellation

  • Right to Cancel: Galaxy Spas reserves the right to cancel any order with an overdue invoice.

  • Forfeiture: Any monies already paid will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Example:

  • Invoice: $1,000

  • After 7 days: $50 late fee is added (5%)

  • After 14 days: Additional $50 is added (total $100)

  • Continues every 7 days until full payment is received.

Enforcement:

  • Customers will be notified of overdue invoices and reminded of applicable late fees.

  • Persistent non-payment may result in order cancellation, collection actions, or legal action.

Cancellation Policy

In line with Australian Consumer Laws, Galaxy Spas does not provide a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind. Refunds or replacements are available only for major product issues covered under consumer guarantees.

  • Change of Mind: Order cancellations due to personal reasons (job change, redundancy, loss of a loved one, etc.) will be treated as a change of mind, and this policy applies.

Supply Chain Policy

Galaxy Spas will offer a full refund if we are unable to supply your goods or suitable alternatives within 36 weeks from the order date.
Refunds require management approval and take up to 14 days after approval. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Colour Swap / Hot Tub Swap Policy

Galaxy Spas allows colour or hot tub swaps (of equal value) before collection or delivery for a fee of $250.

Supply-Only Basis Policy

Galaxy Spas is a direct-to-public retailer.
We do not offer in-home installation or delivery services.
We cannot advise on permits, fencing, or council requirements.
We can refer customers to trusted delivery partners for contracted services.

Local Collection / Pick Up

Free local collection is available from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne & Perth depots.
Collection is required within 7 days of product availability.
Storage fee: 6% of total order value per month for uncollected items.
Customers must inspect and sign for the product during collection.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is not included in the purchase price.
Home deliveries must be paid for prior to dispatch (or directly to the driver).
We cannot guarantee fixed delivery dates.
Customers are responsible for purchasing transit insurance.

Depot Delivery

  • We ship to local depots via third-party providers.

  • Fees apply and quotes are available on request.

Home Delivery

  • Home delivery starts from $500 for standard spas and $1500 for swim spas (metro areas).

  • Delivery is curbside only; placement may be possible if access and safety allow.

  • Additional fees may apply for distances beyond 50 km each way.

Rubbish Removal

Customers are responsible for unpacking and disposing of packaging materials.
Drivers may assist with rubbish removal for $600 (subject to availability).

Damaged Items

Galaxy Spas does not cover goods while in transit. Please ensure you arrange your own transit insurance.

Lead Times

Lead times typically range 12–16 weeks, but may extend up to 26 weeks during peak periods.
Galaxy Spas is not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather events, government restrictions).

  • 1-Year Onsite Labour Warranty (within service zone)*

Travel expenses are charged at $1.50 + GST per km (after the 50 km free zone).
Shipping costs for warranty parts are not covered under warranty.

Safety

All spas must be installed according to local laws and safety regulations.
Galaxy Spas is not responsible for checking permits, fencing, or council requirements.

Images & Colours

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours may vary slightly due to batch differences and digital representation.

Promotions

Galaxy Spas occasionally runs promotions such as Hot Tub Giveaways and Win Your Money Back contests.
By entering, you consent to your details being used for marketing purposes.
Winners may be announced on our website and social media platforms.
Galaxy Spas reserves the right to use winner images for marketing.
